Change-of-mind requests after successful delivery, download, activation, or software access may not be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable law and the relevant product terms.
Where a refund is approved, we aim to initiate it within 5–7 working days. The final credit time may depend on your bank or payment service provider, and the refund will normally be returned to the original payment method.
